OEM-Polishes
Menzerna polishes derive from a close cooperation with coating and automobile manufacturers.
We meet the high standards of OEM customers:
- Haze and hologram free polishing, on regular as well as scratch-resistant clearcoats
- Swiftness: all formulations are tuned to the cycle times of the assembly line (see example)
- Cleanliness: an optimized balance of bonding and polishing minerals minimizes dust and keeps your work place tidy.
- Silocone-free: all Menzerna polishes are silicone free and can safely be used on fresh coatings.
Aftermarket applications
Aftermarket professionals have to deal with specific problems: in addition to the usual paint defects, overspray has to be eliminated and the borders of the freshly coated zones have to be blurred.
The Menzerna system for aftermarket professionals consists of the following elements:
- Power Gloss: eliminates light scratches, overspray and grid 1500 sanding marks
- Intensive Polish: eliminates grid 2000 sanding marks and produces high gloss
- Final Finish: guarantees a deep wet look finish especially on dark surfaces
